Would had used the title Let it Grow... but yeahhh been done with the Lorax XD plus there's only two people in this. I feel that should be more for two characters. Sorry the background is sucky
. The picture reference was literally just a small picture of someone's backyard. And it was VERY hard to draw the little boy. I gotta work on drawing kids' ages
. The pose wasn't so bad. I just drew the leg and arm a little off... uhh what's the word balance, mostly cause of the tree. But still, not bad.

) and a human version of her son Brutus 
. He's a bit lighter than his father as a turtle. But I think if he were human he'd look like Bruno but problem is I have nothing lighter in colored pencils. Plusss I had to base it on Wolfy's pic on this 
. I made Brutus small because I kinda see him being a little fella as a kid and he'll grow into a giant like his proud papa. What age is he... hmmm about 3 or 4 at the most. I was aiming for a toddler but I couldn't get it right. This was the best I could come up with for Earth Day. Its just hard to find reference poses for what I have in mind. Rennie is a big eco-lover, thus why she looks dirty. Next time I'll add more dirt. So I see her taking a day out to plant something and since Brutus loves both his mom and dad. I see him wanting to be a little helper.

I love the fact that Rennie has dirt smudges on her forehead. XD Haha Shows how willing she is to get down and dirty when it comes to... da nature! XB Hahaha And Human Brutus looks so stinking cute. X3 I love the fact that he's carrying the watering can for his mamma. XB So freaking cute.
